Clinical Dietitian PRN The position is based at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in west Miami-Dade County, a 417-bed acute care facility. Under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the Clinical Dietitian provides total nutritional care as a member of the health care team. The role includes assessing nutritional needs of patients, developing and implementing nutritional care plans, documenting information in written records, developing and maintaining regular and therapeutic meals/menus, providing nutrition counseling to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and their families or significant others, supervising Nutrition Services Personnel, and striving daily to fulfill the objectives of the Food and Nutrition Services.
