Production Lead

Job Description Bilingual Team Lead – Warehouse/Kitting – 2nd Shift $24/hr | Train on 1st Shift | Immediate Opening Job Summary We are hiring a Bilingual Team Lead (English/Spanish) to oversee kitting and warehouse operations on 2nd shift. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for productivity, quality, and team coordination. Must be flexible to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift. What You’ll Do Lead daily kitting, packaging, and labeling operations Assign work, prioritize orders, and meet production goals Perform hands‑on production work as needed Communicate instructions in English & Spanish Train and support team members Ensure accuracy of kits using work orders and BOMs Perform quality checks and resolve issues Maintain 5S standards and a safe work environment Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and production teams Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) – REQUIRED 1–3 years of warehouse, kitting, or manufacturing experience Previous lead or team leadership experience Ability to read work orders and follow instructions Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift Flexibility to train on 1st shift Why Apply Full‑time Direct Hire opportunity Leadership role with growth potential Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Work Environment Warehouse / manufacturing setting Standing, walking, lifting throughout shift PPE required Labor Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
