Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools, delivering support to adults facing various emotional disorders.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and seamless treatment transitions.

  • Utilize digital self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal-oriented measures to continually evaluate and adjust each client's care plan.

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily adults dealing with substantial emotional challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and recovery from substance use disorders.   • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
