In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction. Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve service delivery. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
