Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, CRM integrations, and solution architecture.

• CRM integrations using APIs, ETL, Batch Jobs and ISV solutions
• Data migration using Azure Data Factory, Synapse or Microsoft Fabric
• CRM Solutions, ALM and deployments
• Power BI, Reports & Dashboards
• Copilot Studio, D365/M365 Copilot and Azure AI Foundry
• Data modeling and Solution/Integration Architecture
• Requirement gathering and technical design
• Agile delivery and stakeholder management

Preferred Certifications:

• PL-600 / PL-200 / AB-100
• AZ-900

Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM solution design and architecture.
• Gather requirements and conduct solution approach workshops.
• Create high-level technical and integration designs.
• Design and develop CRM solutions, plugins, JavaScript and Power Automate workflows.
• Design and support CRM integrations and large-scale data migration.
• Manage CRM environments for development, testing, UAT and production.
• Support ALM, solution deployments and production issues.
