About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in its mission to disrupt the wealth management industry. The successful candidate will be a senior, strategically oriented operator with a background in financial services or a related field, and will have prior experience in executive or board-level work. This role is centered on managing the CEO's office, including executive office operations, governance, leadership cadence, and strategic execution. The Chief of Staff will be a key player in the company's growth phase, which is focused on expanding its national network and investing in technology, talent, and M&A support. While a financial services background is preferred, the company is also open to candidates with a strong operations background and excellent technical writing skills. The role is demanding and requires a high level of commitment, with the understanding that traditional work-life balance may be limited. The ideal candidate will be someone who is ready to take on a critical position within the organization and is prepared to be available as needed.
