Who You Are

You're a self-motivated problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork. You love meeting new people, thrive in high-pressure situations, and enjoy managing multiple tasks with precision. If this sounds like you, keep reading!

Requirements

6+ months of restoration experience.
IICRC WRT certified.
Excellent communicator and motivator.
Reliable and professional with a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Charge: Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project.
• Be the Face of SERVPRO: Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Own the Details: Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Be a Problem-Solver: Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.
• Step Up in Emergencies: Participation in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts is required.
• Coach and Inspire: Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
