Medicare WCMSA Attorney: Legal Review & Projections
Capitol Bridge
Capitol Bridge is seeking an Attorney to support a government project. You will evaluate Workers’ Compensation Medicare Set-aside (WCMSA) proposals and project future medical costs, including prescription drugs, related to WC injuries, in line with CMS guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, determining threshold compliance, rendering determinations, and implementing Medicare policy.
