Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience strongly preferred
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Aptitude for managing caseloads efficiently and tracking progress

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
• Provide direct therapy and consultation services to students
• Maintain organized and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
