Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred, hospital or home healthcare experience ideal

Hourly Rate: $30 $35, based on experience

Bonus: $8,000 sign-on bonus (paid in installments: $4,000 at start, $2,000 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and therapies
• Set up and manage ventilators, oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and other advanced respiratory devices
• Adjust ventilator settings based on physician orders and patient assessments
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and monitor performance
• Provide ongoing clinical support and follow-up
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments
• Support orientation and training of new clinical team members

What You Need:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of ventilator management and advanced respiratory equipment preferred
