This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.  RESPONSIBILITIESWork with business teams as a trusted partner that delivers innovative capabilities to Mortenson’s technology systems.Work with business and ITS team members and software vendors to troubleshoot problems and resolve applications issues.Investigate solutions for enhancement requests and present solution options. These solutions could include modifications to application configuration, application extensions, and/or the implementation of new application functionality.Evaluate user and departmental requests, gather business requirements, and work with the appropriate teams to interpret requirements. Perform requirements analysis, functional design specifications, utilizing current systems methodologies and tools.Assist with developing and maintaining test plans and test scripts Follow departmental standards and best practices as defined (i.e. design standards, application standards, naming conventions, etc.) Provide management with timely reporting as required Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels All other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work accordingly Desire to broaden technical, functional, and analytical skills Strong teamwork orientation Positive attitude and professional customer service skills Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedbackExperience and basic understanding of Service Management methodologies Experience in analytical, project management, and client facing work Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience Preferred Experience:Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement and Supply PlanningExperience with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Payables and Receivables Experience with SQLExperience supporting systems used in the construction industrySystems Analyst I  Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience in IT, supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing systemsThe base pay range for this role is $77,000 - $115,600 Systems Analyst IIMinimum Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience in IT, supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing systemsThe base pay range for this role is $96,400 - $144,700  (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).  Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan. A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage  Dental plan  401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves  Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance  No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement  Adoption Assistance   Gym Membership Discount Program   #LI-TH1 #LI-hybridPlease make note: Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
