Epic Analyst

To support ambulatory surgery operations, the full-time Epic ASAP Analyst will manage ticket resolution, troubleshoot interface failures, and implement build changes in a remote contract position. Key responsibilities Act as an extension of a client's Epic team, ensuring day-to-day stability and improvements in the Bridges Interfaces application Triage and resolve incoming tickets, clarifying issues and moving them through to resolution Deliver small optimization projects to enhance reliability and efficiency for the client's teams Required qualifications Current Epic certification in ASAP 2+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end ASAP analyst work, including problem solving and solution implementation Deep specialization in ASAP with a willingness to grow into other Epic areas Experience working in regulated environments where consistency and traceability are crucial Strong ownership and reliability in managing tasks and communicating status
