Production Operator- Remington, IN

Location: Remington, IN Job Title: Production Operator Position Details: 12 hour rotating shift, 5pm-5am Pay: $22.50 What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate machinery used in the production process
• Examine products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Observe equipment operations and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or using forklifts
• Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to climb five flights of stairs up to twice a day
• Ability to tolerate exposure to hot and cold conditions, according to the season

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong mechanical skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
