**Manager in Training (MIT) – Toppers Pizza**

Toppers Pizza is hiring Managers in Training to develop future restaurant leaders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into a General Manager position.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with daily restaurant operations
* Lead, train, and support team members
* Ensure excellent customer service
* Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
* Help achieve sales and operational goals
* Develop the skills needed to advance into a General Manager role

**Requirements**

* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager is preferred
