Overview

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience supporting manufacturing processes within a Windchill PLM environment. This individual will support manufacturing work instructions, BOM management, digital thread initiatives, and ongoing manufacturing transformation efforts associated with 1LMX. Manufacturing Engineering experience is the primary requirement. Windchill and PLM experience are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineering activities within Windchill PLM and MPMLink environments
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions
• Manage MBOM/BOM structures and manufacturing configuration activities
• Support digital thread initiatives and manufacturing process improvements
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production Operations, Engineering, and IT teams
• Support ongoing 1LMX-related process and system changes
• Assist with implementation of digital manufacturing tools and 3D work instruction capabilities
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation and standards
• Provide manufacturing process expertise and support to production operations

Required Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Experience working within a PLM environment
• Windchill PLM experience
• Experience supporting production operations and manufacturing processes
• Experience creating and maintaining manufacturing work instructions
• Experience with BOM/MBOM management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

• MPMLink experience
• Aerospace or defense industry experience
• Digital manufacturing experience
• Digital thread experience
• Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives
• PTC Windchill ecosystem experience
• Manufacturing systems modernization experience

• Manufacturing process modeling
• Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory experience
• Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) experience

Work Environment

• Remote/distributed team
• Travel as needed for workshops and collaboration sessions
• Candidate does not need to be located in Grand Prairie
• Security clearance not required
