HR Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive – Recruitment to join our HR team and manage the and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media end-to-end hiring process. The role will focus primarily on candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Key responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage candidate communication and follow-ups. Maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines. Support offer preparation and onboarding. Track recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports. Support other HR activities when required. Handle MOM-related applications, submissions, and processes. Assist with insurance policy renewal and related documentation. Support monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions. Follow up on employee insurance claims and liaise with relevant parties. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Proactive, organized, and target-oriented. Able to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
