Salesforce is seeking a Director of Software Engineering in Palo Alto to lead a mission-critical segment of its Engineering organization. You will oversee architectural integrity, scalability, and reliability of distributed services powering millions of customer interactions every second.
You will drive a long-term backend roadmap, mentor 15–40 engineers, collaborate across Clouds, champion CI/CD and Security-by-Design, and participate in high-level design reviews of Java, Go, or Python systems.
