Job Details Job Location: L214 King - King, NC 27021, Part-Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Shifts: 4:45 AM - 10AM or 5PM-11PM Monday to Friday. Weekends: 6:45 AM - 1 AND/OR 1PM-7PM. Weekends are required. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Shift-differential pay for select shifts PTO for all employees Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities. Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (View email address on click.appcast.io) to our active members and our new members Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. Qualifications: Job Requirements Shifts: 4:45 AM - 10AM or 5PM-11PM Monday to Friday. Weekends: 6:45 AM - 1 AND/OR 1PM-7PM. Weekends are required. Customer service experience High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
