Work Environment On‑the‑job training Safe work environment Responsibilities Oversee and manage multi‑family reconstruction projects on‑site from start to finish Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers and vendors Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders and data entry into Buildertrend software Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status and progress Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices Bilingual is a plus Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction workers Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience Construction supervision: 2 years (Required) Framing: 2 years (Required) Multi‑family construction experience a plus Location & Mobility Commute: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 (Required) Relocation: Wheat Ridge, CO 80033 – Relocate before starting work (Required) Job Type Full‑time Job Info Company: Doc's Construction Country: US #J-18808-Ljbffr Doc's Construction
