Talent Acquisition Specialist

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for a well-established manufacturing organization. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives, build talent pipelines, and partner with leadership to attract top talent across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, engineering, operations, and corporate positions. Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Develop recruiting processes and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Conduct market research related to talent availability, compensation, and recruiting trends. Support internship, graduate, and early-career recruiting programs. Build relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and community organizations. Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction efforts. Reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies through proactive sourcing strategies. Requirements Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, technical, and corporate roles. Strong sourcing and passive candidate recruitment experience. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support. Experience improving recruiting processes and candidate experience initiatives. Knowledge of compensation, talent market trends, and recruiting strategies. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
