Screening Sales Representative- Hendersonville, NC

Abbott seeks a Screening Sales Representative to drive growth of Cologuard diagnostic solutions in medical practices within the Hendersonville, NC territory. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare providers, analyzing local market opportunities, and educating clinicians on colorectal cancer screening to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account and business plans to increase product visibility and drive sales growth in assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and administrators to identify unmet needs and opportunities
- Educate and inform physicians about Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions using approved clinical evidence
- Coordinate with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Operations to implement customer-specific strategies
- Capture and analyze market intelligence and customer interaction data using CRM systems to inform account strategy
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent questioning and listening abilities
- Professional presence and confident demeanor when interacting with healthcare providers
- Proven presentation skills for conveying concepts clearly in phone and face-to-face settings
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational capabilities
- Ability to analyze data and leverage CRM tools, Excel, and available research for decision-making
- Field-based sales experience in healthcare or diagnostic solutions preferred
