Senior Living Sales Counselor

Lead sales and marketing for Elm Crest Senior Living Community in Harlan, IA. $49,920-$64,480/year, full-time days, no weekend rotation required. Elm Crest Senior Living Community, part of the American Baptist Homes of the Midwest family of communities, is looking for a relationship-driven Sales Counselor to lead occupancy growth across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You'll be the first point of contact for families navigating one of the biggest decisions of their lives. What You'll Do Serve as the primary sales and marketing contact for the community Conduct tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process Build and maintain referral relationships throughout the local community Plan marketing events, educational programs, and outreach initiatives Manage leads, inquiries, and follow-up through the CRM system Work with leadership on sales strategy and census goals Help families complete applications, agreements, and move-in coordination What You'll Need Required: At least 1 year of sales and/or marketing experience Fluent in English Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Preferred: Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience will be considered) Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare marketing Pay and Benefits $49,920-$64,480/year, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with discretionary employer match Life and AD&D insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Accident and critical illness insuranceEmployee Assistance Program Schedule Full-time, salaried.
