This position is required to work on‑site in our Chicagoland (Glenview, IL) office most days. All employees receive three flexible remote days per month and six additional Friday PTO days each year. Half‑day Fridays are offered every Friday. Responsibilities Support new product development work, including pricing analysis and projections, competitive analysis, and sensitivity testing. Help with rate filings. Conduct ongoing experience studies. Develop and improve experience studies & methodologies. Work with internal stakeholders to react to changes in product experience. Identify opportunities to improve processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 1‑5 years of relevant actuarial experience. Proven exam success and working toward an ASA designation. Experience with complex spreadsheets and large databases. Proficient with Excel; experience with SAS or SQL considered a plus. Ability to effectively communicate with non‑actuarial staff. Personality Traits Initiative, desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn and grow professionally. High level of organization, able to balance multiple priorities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bonus Points Programming experience. Experience with actuarial modeling software.
