Project Manager - Residential HVAC Sales

Job Summary

The In-Home HVAC Sales representative is responsible for meeting with homeowners to assess comfort needs, provide professional HVAC system recommendations, and present solutions to drive company revenue. The salesperson will follow the company's established sales process and are expected to achieve revenue and gross margin targets while upholding Best Care's standards of professionalism, integrity, and service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating and cooling needs and comfort concerns through thorough assessments of current systems.
• Educate customers and answer questions on available HVAC solutions, system efficiency, indoor air quality options, and financing opportunities.
• Prepare and present clear, professional proposals for HVAC system replacement and installation.
• Achieve individual revenue, gross margin targets, and close rates established by the company.
• Work closely with installation teams to ensure accurate job details and smooth project execution.
