Physical Therapist (General) – Travel assignment in Plentywood, Montana. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks with 35 guaranteed hours per week on Day shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, contributing to mobility, strength, and functional recovery
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Utilize evidence-based PT methods to address orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions; support gait training, range of motion, strength, and functional activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team (including nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy) to coordinate care, discharge planning, and, when appropriate, home health visits
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety, progress expectations, and post-discharge strategies to support ongoing recovery

Requirements
- Active physical therapy license in Montana or eligibility to practice in Montana
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Eligible for a 13-week travel assignment and able to work the listed Day shift in a rural hospital setting
