We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Typist Clerk and Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated support team. This is a full-time or part-time position offering the flexibility of either a day or night shift. The ideal candidate will be a proficient typist with excellent administrative skills, capable of working independently in a remote environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of non-clinical administrative workflows, directly contributing to the success of the dental practices we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently type, format, and edit a wide range of documents from various sources.
• Perform high-volume data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organise, manage, and maintain digital files and records to ensure they are easily accessible.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and other communications.
• Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading, data verification, and document preparation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Typist, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy are essential for this position.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong command of the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a remote setting.
