We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to end users
•    Understanding their requirements and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey.
•    Flexible working in shifts supporting 24X7 or US business hours steady state operations.
•    Individuals understand their own area and can perform all facets of their role. Good analytical, excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Energetic, self-motivated and self-sufficient in accomplishing tasks.
•    Performs a variety of maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification, and updating and patching servers, also include software installations, upgrades and tests. 
•    Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions. 
•    Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on technical matters.
•    Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job. 
•    Build deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization

Technical Skillset
•    Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services and applications, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and MS Teams.
•    
•    Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes
•    Administering distribution groups, Microsoft 365 Groups, and mail-enabled security groups
•    Resolving Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), email delivery issues, and client-side Outlook and MS-Teams connectivity problems.
•    Troubleshooting meeting, chat, and call functionality issues. Adding/removing users from Teams and managing team membership.
•    Creating and configuring channels, tabs, and apps within Teams.
•    SharePoint Management-Collaboration and document management, site administration, permissions, health and Monitoring.
•    Policy configuration and fully support instant messaging, presence and chat systems in MS-Teams
•    Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of M365 services. 
•    Knowledge of ITSM tools/platform to perform Request, Incident, Change and problem management. 
•    Steady state support to the email and collaboration services, work with end users and handling client issues and escalations.
•    Stay up to date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
•    Resolving and troubleshooting the O365 issues and incidents and escalating them to Microsoft support when needed.
•    Troubleshooting skills on end user support tasks, recipient management, client & application troubleshooting and support

Qualification:
    3-4 years of experience in supporting Office 365 environments, with a focus on Exchange online, SharePoint online and MS-Teams.
    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
