Warehouse Specialist Sundance, WY $28-30/hr (based on experience and qualifications) Full-time with overtime Overview The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for a wide range of duties including direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations, as well as overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value‑adding servicing, and dispatch of a wide variety of products. Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift. Monthly inventory. Other job duties include property maintenance such as mowing grass, weed eating, spraying weeds, snow removal and painting various items such as conveyors, hoppers, bins, and aggregate equipment. Be aware of and familiar with the Company. Work with shop personnel when needed, painting, assisting in operating forklift when building components. Consistently keep work area clean and organized to promote professionalism, safety, and efficiency. Actively participate in any recommended or mandatory training. Make safety the main priority while working. Maintain a positive working relationship with co‑workers and management. Willingness to perform duties outside the normal scope of work (i.e., work in poor weather conditions or outside normal hours). Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution and maintenance operations. Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements. Manage stock control and reconcile with a data storage system. Perform annual cycle counts. Requirements Consent to authorization of a pre‑employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record request, and drug test. Experience as a Warehouse Specialist. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives. Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases. Excellent communication skills. Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, and other equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to reach below/at/above shoulders. Pushing/Pulling/Twisting/Bending. Sitting/Standing/Balancing. Operate hand and foot controls. Simple/Firm grasping/Pinching. Ability to lift/lower/carry over 50 pounds. Squatting/Stooping/Crouching/Kneeling/Crawling.
