• Current Idaho license in cosmetology or nails (instructor license preferred but not required)

• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with teamwork, supervision, documentation, and customer service

• Solid work history with verifiable references

• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and the beauty industry

• Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural & technical systems (preferred)

As a Learning Leader, you'll coach and inspire Future Professionals on both technical skills and guest service systems-including upselling, rebooking, and delivering an excellent client experience.
