Digital Manufacturing IT Lead Analyst - Mendix & AI

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Digital Manufacturing IT Lead Analyst to drive digital transformation across DePuy Synthes manufacturing operations using Mendix low-code platforms and artificial intelligence. The role partners with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve operational performance and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing stakeholders to identify digital transformation opportunities and drive adoption across operations
- Serve as product owner for Mendix-based applications, managing backlogs and translating business needs into requirements and user stories
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases for manufacturing, including predictive maintenance, process optimization, and intelligent automation
- Facilitate workshops, document current and future-state processes, and support user acceptance testing and deployment activities
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulated manufacturing requirements
Requirements
- Experience with Mendix low-code application development and product management
- Strong business analysis and process improvement skills in manufacturing or operations
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced manufacturing technologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture standards
- Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments (GxP, CSV, compliance)
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience
