Production Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production pipeline – from ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed to ensuring that all production schedules are met. Must have an understanding of manufacturing and production systems, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to forecast supply needs.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage fleet and warehouse operations to maintain personnel and process adherenceEnsure safety, quality, and compliance metrics are met to meet company and compliance standardProduce and maintain facility operating procedures to ensure accuracy of inventory management and eliminate delivery problemsPrepare and coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse spaceCommunicate with sales staff on project timelines, cost evaluations, and customer expectationsAssist in the creation of process improvement goals for warehouse and fleet employees to improve accuracy and efficiency Use Microsoft Excel and Office tools to notate and maintain recordsREQUIREMENTS High school diploma/GED preferred1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse settingMust pass a background check and drug testMinimal work travel may be necessaryStrong oral and written communication skills.
