Associate Director, Maintenance

Associate Director of Maintenance at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Waco, TX. Manages maintenance teams and facility systems, oversees equipment and utility compliance, and directs site expansion projects to ensure timely completion and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Manage direct and indirect maintenance staff involved in equipment scheduling and facility system improvement
- Plan, budget, and oversee facility modifications including cost estimation and RFP management
- Develop maintenance strategy covering preventative maintenance, lifecycle management, and work order systems
- Oversee site expansion projects with Project Engineering to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Ensure facility compliance with cGMP, regulatory, environmental, health, and security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
- 10+ years maintenance experience with 5+ years in facilities management or project management
- 7+ years leading project management initiatives
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
