Job Summary We are seeking an Industrial Controls Technician / Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity with a stable, long-standing food manufacturing organization in the Kent/Auburn, WA area. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting production equipment, working with industrial automation, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Install new equipment and support plant improvement and upgrade projects. Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, prints, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot industrial automation, electrical controls, and three-phase power systems. Assist with general facility maintenance and support production needs as required. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience. Job Type: Direct hire, full-time. Location: Kent/Auburn, WA area. Schedule: Facility operates 24 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift.
