Mill Wright Logistics is a family-owned Freight Forwarder and leading transloading warehouse providing specialized import and export services to customers throughout the US and abroad. Mill Wright's primary goal is providing superior customer service to clients. We achieve this goal by holding high standards for our work, providing updates to customers before they ask, and going above and beyond to exceed customers' expectations.

The customer service position will be focused on import containers fulfilling the below duties:

- Providing updates to clients
- Communicating customer expectations to dispatch and warehouse personnel
- Ensuring rates quoted match invoice to customer
- Ensuring updates from clients, terminals, and steamship lines are transcribed into our system
- Creating paperwork for deliveries
- Dispatching and tracking drivers for final mile deliveries

The ideal candidate will be experienced with spreadsheet management with a strong attention to detail and communication skills. 

We are looking for a motivated individual with a desire to grow with our team. Experience in drayage, brokerage, transloading, or freight forwarding is preferred.
