HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BAG MACHINE OPERATOR IN BROWNSVILLE, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bag Machine Operator to join our team in Brownsville, Texas. This individual will be responsible for operating bag machines, monitoring product quality, packing finished products, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. 1. st Shift: 6:45am – 3pm ($12)
2. nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11pm ($12)
3. rd Shift: 10:45pm – 7am ($13)

Located in Brownsville, Texas Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor bag machine equipment safely and efficiently Inspect bags/products for quality defects Pack and stack finished bag bundles Change rolls, perform manual splices, and adjust paper rolls Start, stop, and monitor machinery during production runs Complete production and quality paperwork accurately Follow GMP, safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements Report machine issues or adjustments to supervisor Support production goals for safety, quality, and efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications MUST have a VALID Driver’s License — NO EXCEPTIONS Minimum 1 year of proven manufacturing experience REQUIRED Must have basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Must be able to stand for long periods Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs Must be dependable and able to work with limited supervision Team player with a positive attitude High School Diploma or GED preferred (Salary range based on experience) Accurate Personnel provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
