Direct Difference is seeking a Clinical Data Abstractor – Trauma Registry to perform clinical auditing and data abstraction of patient records for contracted facilities, supporting clinical process improvement and patient safety initiatives. You will compile high-quality data, enter into registry tools, and collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and Performance Improvement staff to review trends and drive quality improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Difference
