Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Shoreline, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring vehicles that meet our company's standards and customer needs. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple vehicle acquisition projects simultaneously.

Compensation - $23.00 an hour - Including Vehicle Acquisition Bonus & Team Volume Bonus

Responsibilities

• Identify and source vehicles through purchasing pre-owned vehicles from private sellers, trade-ins, to build dealership inventory.
• Evaluate vehicle condition, history, and market value to ensure profitable acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers to maximize company value.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, appraisals, and transportation logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle acquisitions and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, inventory, and finance teams to align acquisition strategies with business goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle market values, trends, and acquisition channels.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze vehicle condition and history reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and databases related to vehicle acquisition.
• WA state driver's license is required.
• Clean & Clear WA state driving record is required.
• Pre-employment background check, reference check & drug screen is required.
