You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation for a more connected, compassionate world.About the RoleThe Principal Financial Analyst, Integrated Supply Operations (ISO) FP&A serves as a key financial partner to the Finance Director, ISO FP&A, supporting enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management across Integrated Supply Operations, with additional support for Quality. This role focuses on delivering clear, actionable financial analysis and executive-ready insights that enable effective decision-making in a complex, matrixed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate financial data into business insight. This role is based at our headquarters in Northridge, CA or one of our hub locations in Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role with an onsite expectation of 3 days per week.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise FP&A and Performance ManagementSupport the annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and long-range planning processes for ISO and Quality.Prepare and maintain financial forecasts for headcount, operating expense, and capital spending.Analyze key business drivers, assumptions, and risks to support planning accuracy and decision-making.Provide financial analysis and commentary for monthly business reviews and senior leadership reporting.Financial Reporting and AnalysisPrepare monthly close reporting and variance analysis for budget, forecast, and prior year.Analyze financial performance across ISO and Quality functions, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop concise management summaries and executive-level narratives.Support month-end close activities, including accrual validation, journal entry review, and balance sheet reconciliation support as needed.Business PartneringServe as a trusted financial partner to leaders across Integrated Supply Operations and Quality.Support Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality leaders with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and decision support.Quantify the financial impact of operational initiatives, cost savings actions, and continuous improvement opportunities.Partner with site finance, controllership, and accounting teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency.Capital and Project SupportSupport capital planning, tracking, and post-implementation review processes.Assist with capital appropriation requests, including financial modeling such as payback and ROI analysis.Monitor spend against plan and forecast for operational projects and investments.Process Improvement and SystemsSupport continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting.Maintain financial models and support data integrity across planning and reporting systems.Contribute to AI-enabled automation, standardization, and finance transformation efforts.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.7+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or financial analytics.Or, advanced degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.Preferred QualificationsStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/reporting tools.Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI, or Tableau.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed organization.Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries such as medical devices or life sciences.Familiarity with quality-related finance, cost governance, or operational performance analysis.CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.Working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.Experience supporting executive-level reporting and financial storytelling.Core CompetenciesAnalytical rigor and business curiosityClear and concise communicationCollaboration and business partneringOwnership and accountabilityContinuous improvement mindsetPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD):$109,000.00 - $185,000.00For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $121,000 - $205,000 USD.Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location.
