Pay - $19 per hour
Location - Dormont PA (Primarry)
Must have a valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle

Looking for an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level IT enthusiast to provide specialized project support during the summer months for IT initiatives in multiple company locations within the greater Pittsburgh and Boardman, Ohio areas. The expected period of the engagement will be from May through August 2025. This is a perfect summer employment opportunity and resume builder for someone looking to get some experience working with enterprise IT systems and participate in real-world project rollouts.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and customer service skills, a positive and extroverted personality, a strong level of self-motivation, a passion for technology and helping people, and a drive to continuously learn.
Work schedule is expected to be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, though flexibility to support class schedules or other commitments is possible for the appropriate candidate.

Basic Function/Responsibilities:
• Complete tasks associated with various IT project initiatives.
• Provide internal system and deskside support of Windows PCs, Apple iPad and iPhone devices, printers, desk and mobile phones, and other technology used in typical office and light industrial work environments.
• Record and manage IT project-related assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
Requirements:
• Familiarity with common operating systems such as Windows 10/11 as well as use of cloud office systems such as Office 365.
• Familiarity with typical PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• An ability to learn and follow technical procedures.
• Self-motivation to complete assigned group and solo tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift moderate loads of up to 20 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.
• Ability to drive to company locations. A valid Pennsylvania or Ohio driver's license is required along with a vehicle in good condition.
