Supply Chain Analyst

$24.86-$26.52 per hour Austin, TX Contract Duration: 04+ Months Job Description Supports supply planning for private brands of the company, works with the internal team of sourcing managers, provide supply plan to vendors on a monthly cadence. A lot of seasonal products, how much sales are expected, and how it translates to expected inventory and how much we need to buy. Work with the sourcing manager who works with vendors to bring new products to market. Will come to the team to identify supply chain risk/analysis, see if it makes sense to the business, identify minimum orders and statistics needed to make a good business decision. As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will: Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste Problem-solving and design solutions for the company's network Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline Strong Math, Logical, and Problem-Solving skills Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel Analyst work background, or focus in higher education Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management Top 3 Must-Have Hard Skills Microsoft suite (Excel) with Pivot tools, VLOOKUP, and large data sets Experience with using SAP (inventory management system) SQL experience for pulling data or modifying to see queries Education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline US Tech Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
