The Opportunity

As aLegal Secretary for our boutique Consumer Class Action Department, you will have the opportunity to advocate for consumer's interests in California and across the nation in often ground-breaking and newsworthy cases.

Accountable for

• Support our attorneys and paralegals in all phases of litigation
• Maintain organized case files
• Manage and calendar court deadlines
• Professionally communicate with clients, experts, courts, and defense counsel
• Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Strong data entry and data management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to act both independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge Microsoft Office suite
• Type at least 40 WPM
• Confident in a paperless work environment

Compensation

• $26 - $32 depending on experience
