Sponsorship Sales - San Antonio Gunslingers

Do you have strong relationships with business owners and decision makers in San Antonio?

We're looking for experienced salespeople who know how to turn those relationships into sponsorships. This is a commission-only role - no salary. You earn based on what you close. If you want flexibility, extra income, and a chance to work in professional sports, this can be a good fit.

The Gunslingers play in the Indoor Football League, which grows to 18 teams in 2027. As we build the fan base, we're looking for local and regional businesses that want to partner with us.

You'd introduce companies to partnership opportunities and put together packages that actually work for them - corporate sponsorships, arena and game-day branding, digital and social, hospitality, community partnerships, and custom deals built around their goals.

We're not just selling ads. We want lasting relationships that help businesses reach Gunslingers fans and the San Antonio community.

Who this is for

• You already know people in the San Antonio business community
• You can prospect, follow up, and close
• You're comfortable talking to owners and executives
• You're self-motivated and can work on your own
• You have real sales experience

Backgrounds that often transfer well: business development, advertising, media, real estate, medical sales, banking, insurance, hospitality, and other relationship-driven sales.
