Warehouse Shipping And Receiving CoordinatorSchedule: 7:00am – 3:30pmResponsibilities:Experience with shipping and receiving proceduresPreparing and printing shipping labels corresponding to shipping needsCollaborates and communicates with customer service and other departments involved in the shipment of products and ordersTracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.Update inventory records using computerized systems, ensuring that the inventory is accurate and up-to-date.Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.Coordinating with purchasing department regarding discrepancies between ordered and received goodsForklift operatingGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong sense of time organization and urgencyAble to work independently and within a small teamStrong computer and math skills.
