Location: Mossville, Illinois, USA | Type: W2, Full-Time, CTC | Experience: 10 years

This role focuses on mechanical engineering within the electrification space, supporting critical supply chain and quality initiatives for advanced electrical systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage supply chain risk mitigation for single-sourced electrical machines and components through collaboration with purchasing teams
- Develop dealer solutions for field issues and provide comprehensive product support
- Support production targets through APQP processes, deviation management, and issue resolution
- Lead projects from requirements management through supplier selection, validation, and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; open to Associate's with 12+ years or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience
- 8-10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering (internships do not count toward experience requirement)
- Experience with electric machines and electrification technologies
- Strong background working with suppliers and managing supply chain relationships
- Proficiency in APQP/Quality processes and risk management methodologies
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams and Excel
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project leadership abilities
- Strong organizational skills with proven task prioritization and management capabilities
