HR Business Partner

Gifford is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team, supporting our non-clinical departments. This key role serves as the primary resource for both employees and management, providing comprehensive human resources support across all non-clinical functions of the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master’s or HR certification is a plus). 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
