Position: Welder
Location: Lindsay, NE
Pay: $22.00+/hour DOE
Shifts: Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift

What You'll Do:

• Perform wire welding on a variety of metals and alloys including aluminum and stainless steel
• Complete spot welding operations on a variety of parts and products
• Position, align, and fit fabricated plates, structural shapes and weldments for assembly
• Read blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and welding procedures
• Ensure all work meets strength, pressure and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements
• Must successfully pass a weld test
• Basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions and decimals
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• AWS welding certification is a plus
• Ability to follow written, verbal and diagram instructions
• Willingness to wear required PPE including metguard boots, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves and hearing protection
