1. Bloomington, IL 61701 - G-tube - FT NOCS - 9pm-7am / Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri - LPN: $33/hr, RN: $38/hr
2. Grand Ridge, IL 61325 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - Overnights - 2 nights 9pm-6am - LPN: $35-$40, RN: $40-$45
3. Mahomet, IL 61844 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - Day shift (school) - They prefer a day shift nurse to go to the school with the patient; moving to Mahomet around October - LPN: $30/hr, RN: $35/hr
4. Pontiac, IL 61764 - G-tube, Trach, Vent - FT NOCS - Flexible shift times - LPN: $33/hr, RN: $38/hr
5. Toulon, IL 61483 - G-tube - 2nd shift 5:30pm-10:30pm - After the patient gets home from school or 3rd shift, open to times/days - Mon-Fri preference; Tue/Thurs and weekends available - LPN: $30/hr, RN: $35/hr
