(IPC) is looking for a Talent Manager to help us find the right people, put them in the right seats, and strengthen the culture that makes IPC the Team of Choice. You'll own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding — building pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and representing IPC in the community. This is a role for someone who believes recruiting is more than filling openings — it's about protecting culture and building a team that wins together.
