Resident Assistant
$15.25–$17.50 per hour | PRN | All Shifts

• Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry to ensure a clean, safe environment
• Support residents during mealtimes and encourage independence
• Document care and communicate resident changes using the Point of Care system
• Foster meaningful engagement opportunities that enhance residents’ quality of life and sense of community
• Provide timely support during urgent situations while working closely with colleagues to ensure resident safety and care

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• CNA or STNA certificate (preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in assisted living or healthcare (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and observational skills
• A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
