Primary Care Opportunity in Stuart, FL 1st year compensation over $320k
\nPosition Overview
\nJoin a forward-thinking, value-based care organization focused on delivering exceptional preventive primary care for adults 65+. This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced—without RVU pressure.
\nWe welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn.
\nCompensation & Incentives
\n- \n
- Base Salary: $260,000-280,000 \n
- Commencement Bonus: up to $30,000 (varies by clinic) \n
- Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary \n
- Full Benefits on Day 1 \n
- Malpractice: Occurrence-based coverage \n
- Relocation Assistance: Available for moves >50 miles \n
- Early Sign-On Bonus Opportunities \n
- Total 1st Year Compensation: $300K+ (higher with experience & performance) \n

Requirements
\n- \n
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine \n
- Geriatric experience preferred \n
- HEDIS experience a plus \n
- Value-Based Care experience preferred—but not required; training provided \n
